Shark Week 2021 was another amazing season and I’m looking to forward to Shark Week 2022!
I bet Discovery will make another feature film like Capsized: Blood in the Water. I mean there is definitely no shortage of shipwreck / survivor stories.

What Is Shark Week?
In case you were living under a rock for the past 30 some years, Shark Week is an annual, week-long TV programming block at the Discovery Channel, which features shark-based programming. Shark Week originally premiered on July 17, 1988.
Featured annually, in July and/or early August, it was originally devoted to conservation efforts and correcting misconceptions about sharks.
Over time, it grew in popularity and became a hit on the Discovery Channel.
Since 2010, it has been the longest-running cable television programming event in history. Broadcast in over 72 countries, Shark Week is promoted heavily via social networks like Facebook and Twitter.

There might not be an official date released by Discovery yet, but knowing who the hosts are going to be this year, I have to say, I have NEVER been so excited for a Shark Week this much before. <3
Shout out to the Pacific Seas sharks at the PDZA (pdza.org) in Ruston, WA!! If you go on the right day at the right time, you might get to see the most amazing Nurse Shark cuddle puddle ever. (And they also offer cage-diving, if you don’t want to risk open-ocean endeavors)
