Welcome to my Quan Guan Lego Panzer 3 Tank Review of set 100067. I love World War 2 German tanks and the Panzer 3 was the backbone of German armor in the early part of the war. This one is a Chinese Cobi knockoff, but still nice.
I love building Lego brick tanks and Cobi and Quan Guan make the absolute best Lego compatible tanks around.
The unique Cobi tank track system as well as their cool and historically accurate designs make these really great functional toys and collector items.

German Panzer 3 Tank
From Wikipedia:
The Panzerkampfwagen III, commonly known as the Panzer III, was a medium tank developed in the 1930s by Germany, and was used extensively in World War II. The official German ordnance designation was Sd.Kfz. 141.
It was intended to fight other armoured fighting vehicles and serve alongside and support similar Panzer IV which was originally designed for infantry support. However, as the Germans faced the formidable T-34, more powerful anti-tank guns were needed, and since the Panzer IV had more development potential with a larger turret ring, it was redesigned to mount the long-barrelled 7.5 cm KwK 40 gun.
The Panzer III effectively swapped roles with the Panzer IV, as from 1942 the last version of Panzer III mounted the 7.5 cm KwK 37 L/24 that was better suited for infantry support. Production of the Panzer III ceased in 1943. Nevertheless, the Panzer III’s capable chassis provided hulls for the Sturmgeschütz III assault gun until the end of the war.
Quan Guan Panzer 3 Tank
The set comes with 711 pieces, 3 mini figures and World War 2 era weapons like the German MG 34 Machine Gun and the Panzerfaust anti-tank rocket. The tank measures 25 cm long (9.84 inches), 11.6 cm wide (4.5 inches) and 13.5 cm high (5.31 inches).
Quan Guan Panzer 3 Tank Features
This tank has similar features to the Cobi Panzer 3 tank model. I like that this tank is done in tan to match the desert camo of the Afrika Corps. It’s a nice tank to have with the Tiger 131.
First, the turret fully rotates 360 degrees and the main gun moves up and down.
The top turret has single square hatch that opens and closes and you could slightly modify the kit and mount a machine gun with ammo belt. But there is a custom molded turret mounted co-ax machine gun next to the main gun.
On the back deck of the hull, there is an engine hatch that opens and closes to reveal a custom V12 tank engine. This engine reminds me of a model and will fit standard Lego pieces.
The front of the tank has a custom molded hull mounted machine gun. But there is no driver compartment accessible.
There is lots of high quality custom printing that make these models so cool to build.
Finally, the tank tracks are copies of the Cobi system which is very good.
Overall, a great tank and a great addition to any brick army!
