Welcome to my Lego Kazi Panzer IV Tank Review (KY82010).
A lot of people have questions about the quality and compatibility of Chinese Lego knock offs so I’ll be reviewing a bunch of these military Lego style sets.
First, let me make clear that I do not condone any knock-offs or design stealing. I love Lego and I love building military vehicles.

First off, Lego does not make any military sets so Kazi’s military block sets aren’t Lego rip offs. They are their own unique sets.
I always wanted to build Lego tanks as a kid but the major problem was the track system. For a while I had some rubber tracks but they weren’t big enough to build a cool looking tank.
Lego Technic tracks came in expensive sets and weren’t economical to build a few custom tanks.
Chinese block makers like Kazi, Gudi, Xingbao and others fill this crucial void in the building block market.

World War 2 German Panzer IV Tank
For those of you who don’t know, the Panzer IV tank was the workhorse of the German army during World War 2. It was consistently upgraded during the war and nearly 10,000 were produced. It was Germany’s second most produced armored vehicle of the war.
The tank had a low profile which increased its survivability in combat.
After the invasion of Russia, the Panzer 4 was upgunned to a high velocity 76mm main gun so that it could penetrate Soviet tanks like the T-34 and others.
Kazi Panzer IV Tank Features
The Kazi KY 82010 Panzer IV Tank set comes with 1193 pieces and the price is definitely right at about $30 USD.
This tank is a beast! The dimensions are: 36cm long, 14.5cm wide and 13.5 cm high.
The set includes 2 mini figures (a driver and crew commander).
This Panzer IV tank is quite detailed. It has a fully rotating turret and tank tracks and wheels that move.
The turret hatches don’t open but you can remove a piece to place a minifigure in the turret.
In front of the turret, both left and right hatches open and a commander and a gunner can sit there.
The Kazi Panzer IV Tank set also has a pretty detailed and cool looking interior. The tank turret is comes off and inside you see the interior where the driver operates the tank.
A separate piece on the back can be removed to see the separate engine compartment.
Overall, this is faithful representation and a very cool looking set of an iconic World War 2 German Panzer IV tank.
