Welcome to the Cobi Jagdpanzer E100 Tank Review of set 3036 part of the World of Tanks line.
I recently got into buying the super heavy tanks made by Cobi. These include the infamous Panzer Maus and the Jagdpanzer E100.
These tanks are huge and make the heavy tank models like the Tiger 2 and Ferdinand’s look puny by comparison!
The unique Cobi tank track system as well as their cool and historically accurate designs make these really great functional toys and collector items.

German Jagdpanzer E100 Tank Destroyer
The Panzerkampfwagen E-100 (Gerät 383) (TG-01) was a German super-heavy tank design developed towards the end of World War II. It was proposed to be the basis for a heavy artillery system, an anti-aircraft vehicle, and a heavy tank destroyer.
By the end of the war, a single prototype chassis of the E-100 had been produced, and it was only partially completed. After the war, the prototype was shipped to the United Kingdom for trials, but was later scrapped.
Cobi Jagdpanzer E100
The Cobi Jagdpanzer E100 Tank set 3036 comes with 950 pieces and 1 mini figure. It also has some bonus codes for World of Tanks.
Cobi Jagdpanzer E100 Features
This is another monster super heavy tank made by Cobi. It is absolutely massive in comparison to other large Cobi models like the Jagdtiger.
The E100 has the wider tank tracks that were used on the Panzer Maus. The tracks roll well on carpet and hard surfaces. The wheels are the large ones that were used in the Hetzer set. There are 8 of these wheels on each side. The result is a stable, sturdy and strong track, hull and chassis system.
The gun is absolutely massive, just like the one used on the Panzer Maus. It has good movement. It moves up and down and has some movement from side to side (similar to the Jagdtiger).
There are 2 hatches at the front of the hull that open and close for mini figures. There is also a large engine hatch that opens to reveal 2 of the custom Cobi tank engines.
There is no turret on this model, but it does have a superstructure for the gun housing. At the top there is 1 round hatch that opens and can fit a mini figure.
There is also a custom machine gun and housing. The MG doesn’t rotate but you could modify it with a lego turntable piece which would make the set a whole lot better.
At the back there are 2 doors that open and close. You can store weapons or minifigures inside.
Finally there are nice rounded side skirts with nice sloping to make this tank more realistic.
Overall this was a nice addition to my Tank Destroyer forces.
